We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist with a sharp analytical mind, extensive campaign management experience, and excellent communication and client management skills.
Your Role in the Team:
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be the brain and the voice behind our clients' paid acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-platform campaigns while maintaining a close, consultative relationship with clients and supporting the sales team during the proposal phase.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, create, monitor, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Direct Client Interface: Act as the technical and strategic point of contact, leading alignment meetings, presenting results, and pitching improvement proposals.
Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) to extract insights, identify conversion funnel bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvements.
Technical Implementation: Set up and manage conversion pixels, events, and custom tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Reporting & Storytelling: Design performance reports (e.g., via Looker Studio) and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the client.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in directly managing Paid Media campaigns (agency or consultancy background is highly preferred).
Technical Skills: Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Soft Skills & Client Relations: Excellent communication skills, empathy, strong persuasion/argumentation abilities, and a natural knack for managing client expectations.
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and a minimum of B2 English (upper-intermediate/advanced), ensuring full autonomy in international meetings and presentations.
Analytical Mindset: Highly results-oriented (ROI/ROAS) with the ability to turn data into business strategy.
