This position reports directly to two accounting managers.
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily accounting and financial support tasks within our case management system and QuickBooks.
• Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and review of financial records related to client matters.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.
• Enter, review, and maintain accurate financial data with high precision.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or errors and proactively escalate issues.
• Communicate professionally with team members and leadership.
Skills:
• Prior experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, or financial administration.
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in accounting software or financial systems (QuickBooks preferred).
• Comfortable working within case management systems or complex databases.
• Ability to follow established processes and adapt to new workflows.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Work Schedule:
• Fully remote
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
