📢 We Are Hiring! Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist Advanced English is required (all communication for this role is in English), as well as experience in U.S. accounting, payroll, and QuickBooks.
🧾 Responsibilities
Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping for small businesses across various industries. Process payroll using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Prepare payroll summaries and record journal entries in QuickBooks. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Assist in preparing 1040 Individual Tax Returns (data entry; training provided). Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, loan accounts, and payroll entries. File payroll taxes and generate payroll reports. Perform general administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate proactively to improve accounting processes and support business growth. Provide support during the tax season on payroll‑related tasks.
🧠 Skills & Requirements
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Associate’s Degree in Accounting (equivalent experience also considered). General understanding of tax accounting principles. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Experience and knowledge in U.S. taxes, payroll, and QuickBooks — mandatory.
