Echo Consulting, a boutique financial consulting firm, is looking for an Administrative & Marketing Assistant to directly support its founder with administrative tasks, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management.
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (20 hours per week)
🌍 Work Modality: 100% Remote
📍 Location: Only candidates based in Colombia, Peru, or Guatemala
🌐 Language Requirement: English C1 (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
Support marketing and event-related activities (conferences, webinars, outreach).
Manage basic social media tasks (LinkedIn and Facebook) and newsletters.
Provide support with outreach efforts and CRM management.
Maintain professional communication with high-profile clients.
We’re Looking for Someone With
2+ years of experience in administrative, marketing, or client-facing roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (advanced English).
Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, and Canva (preferred).
Knowledge of financial services or insurance is a plus.
