The Opportunity:
This role sits at the intersection of classical modeling and digital influence, representing a new generation of talent who move fluidly between both worlds. This position is focused on identifying, developing, and managing modelesque personalities with strong visual identity, cultural relevance, and digital potential.
As a Talent Agent part of the Model team, you will build careers - not just campaigns. You will guide talent who may originate from modeling, athletics, or creative backgrounds into the influencer and brand partnership ecosystem, positioning them for long-term success across fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and select commercial opportunities.
This role requires a deep understanding of image, aesthetics, branding, and market positioning, combined with strong relationship-building skills and commercial instinct.
Your Role in Action
- Recruit talent with strong physical presence, personality, and crossover potential between modeling and digital influence
- Evaluate talent for both aesthetic alignment and long-term brand potential
- Guide talent through onboarding, positioning them strategically within the influencer and brand partnership ecosystem
- Advise talent on content direction, digital presence, and personal branding to enhance marketability
- Pitch talent to brands for campaigns, collaborations, and long-term partnerships
- Develop tailored proposals that align talent profiles with brand objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, PR agencies, casting teams, and creative partners
- Identify opportunities that elevate talent beyond transactional deals and into higher-value brand relationships
- Stay informed on trends across modeling, fashion, luxury, and digital platforms
- Maintain awareness of platform shifts, content formats, and audience behavior
- Attend industry events, castings, fashion weeks, brand activations, and networking opportunities
- Continuously refine talent positioning based on market demand and cultural trends
Your Background
- Solid previous experience in talent management, influencer marketing, modeling, PR, brand partnerships, of adjacent creative industries, with exposure to image-driven or talent-led work
- A sharp eye for talent, aesthetics, and brand alignment, with the ability to identify individuals who can thrive at the intersection of modeling and digital influence
- Comfort managing high-touch, image-led talent, balancing creative direction, personal branding, and commercial opportunity
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, brand collaborations, and how creators are positioned, marketed, and monetized
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust from talent, brands, and partners
- Ability to balance creative vision with commercial strategy, identifying opportunities that elevate talent beyond transactional deals
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving agency environment
- Genuine passion for fashion, culture, luxury, and digital media, with curiosity for emerging trends and evolving platforms
