ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior/Lead Angular Developer in Krakow.
ABOUT PROJECT
Weβve been working with our US client for over 5 years now. They build tech solutions for home-based care management (home health, DME, IV therapy) to help insurance companies manage risks and support patients at home.
Right now, we are building a Web Portal to automate these insurance processes.
Stack: Angular 21, TypeScript, RxJS, PrimeNG, Tailwind CSS 4, MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library), Azure AD B2C, OData, Micro Frontend (MFE), FormIO, Application Insights, Vitest, Chart.js.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience with Angular
- Strong leadership background / Team or Tech Lead experience
- Work format: hybrid β 2 days per week from the Krakow office
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements, focusing on performance and availability
- Analyze requirements, review designs, and estimate user stories following project methodology (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
- Proactively propose code refactoring and optimization improvements according to the best software development practices and coding standards
- Help maintain and improve high-quality standards within the developer community by sharing knowledge, conducting tech talks, and participating in the internal promotion verification process
- Stay up-to-date with modern technology and obtain professional certifications
- Support less experienced developers by providing training, distributing, and monitoring tasks
