- Your main responsibilities will be to test software systems, you will review and analyze documentation, specifications and understand the business requirements;
- You will be mostly involved in investigating, analyzing and writing tests for reported defects, with your Scrum Feature team
- Implement best practices for test automation to optimize test execution efficiency.
- Contribute to test planning and strategy, collaborating with QA and development teams to define test objectives, scope, and schedules.
- Provide input on risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to automated testing.
- Ideally 5+ years experience with test automation & test automation frameworks (in any language, any framework, both Backend & WEB / E2E test automation)
- 5+ years of experience with:
- Programming concepts in JavaScript (EcmaScript 2020+) or TypeScript (TS 4.x+)
- Automation frameworks like Cypress or Playwright
- Microservices manual & automation testing
- RESTful API automation using Cypress or Playwright
- We are looking for colleagues experienced in:
- Relational & non-relational databases - Postgres, MongoDB
- Products / platforms on AWS Cloud technology - S3, Secret Manager, etc.
- Products based on Microservices architecture, Kafka
- API Contract testing using any REST API GUI client like Postman
- CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Github / GitLab
- Agile development - Scrum
- AI tools - LLMs usage for coding, Prompt engineering, Agentic development skills
- The software development and testing life cycles
- Testing methodologies and techniques
- Release strategies (UAT, QAAT)
- Nice skills to have:
- Payments industry experience
- Temporal (Workflow orchestrator)
- Experience with BDD Cucumber applied in test automation frameworks
- Windsurf / Devin IDE hands-on experience
