We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Energy Efficiency Team. This full-time position plays a vital leadership role in advancing engineering excellence across multiple energy efficiency programs and initiatives. Senior Engineers provide deep technical expertise both internally and externally, serving as key resources across the organization. In this role, you will lead complex technical efforts, mentor junior staff, support strategic planning, and help shape the technical direction of the company. You will also play a central role in enhancing the company’s engineering capabilities in energy efficiency.
Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with offices in six different locations. Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team. At this time, we are not accepting applications from candidates residing in the following states: Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wyoming.

Minimum Qualifications:
The salary range for this role is $102,000–$125,000/annually with a target compensation of $118,750/annually based on experience and qualifications
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
