As a Biostatistician, you will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, using statistical principles to ensure the integrity and validity of our studies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate insights that drive clinical decision-making and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials across various phases.
• Perform statistical analyses using appropriate methodologies and tools to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to interpret data and provide statistical insights that guide decision-making.
• Prepare statistical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all statistical deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of study protocols and participate in project meetings to provide statistical input.
• Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to the development of statistical best practices within the organization.

Requirements

Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated individual who demonstrates a commitment to quality and precision in statistical work.

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in biostatistics within clinical research or pharmaceutical settings.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, or STATA. Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
• Education: A Master’s degree or higher in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
