As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will advise HR and business leaders on compensation strategies that support Experian's talent and business goals. You will use market data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to help develop competitive and equitable compensation programs. You will also help ensure programs align with company policies and compensation regulations.
This is a remote position. You will report to the Senior Compensation Director.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
