Firecrawl·about 8 hours ago
Firecrawl is the leading web scraping API powering AI applications. We turn any website into clean, LLM-ready data. Our customers include AI startups, enterprises, and developers building the next generation of intelligent applications.
We’re looking for a designer with exceptional taste and output. You’ll own and improve Firecrawl’s visual presence — from social and motion to landing pages and occasional product UI.
We’re happy with Firecrawl’s current design direction. This role is about extending it, tightening it, and evolving it over time — making the system more consistent, more polished, and more scalable as we ship faster.
No coding required. Just beautiful work.
Create social content that stops the scroll (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Design motion graphics/animations for launches, announcements, and campaigns
Build marketing visuals for blog posts, newsletters, ads, and docs
Design and iterate on website pages and landing pages (speed + conversion mindset)
Contribute to product UI when needed (systems-thinking, clean components)
Maintain and gradually evolve Firecrawl’s brand system (not a rebrand)
Turn complex technical ideas into visuals developers actually want to look at
Share work early, iterate quickly, and keep stakeholders unblocked with clear async updates
Taste: strong typography, spacing, composition, color — you make “simple” look elite
Craft: high attention to detail; you ship clean work
Range: social → web → motion → light UI without quality dropping
Speed: you move fast and iterate without sacrificing polish
Figma fluency: organized, component-minded, clean files
Motion skills: After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar
Ownership: you take ambiguous asks and turn them into shipped assets
Communication: clear, proactive, good at presenting options + rationale
Experience at a startup and/or developer-focused company
3D skills (Spline, Blender)
Video editing
