GIGABRANDS is actively looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO with exceptional English and a good command of technology to join our team. Provides high-level administrative support to executives in the workplace, such as taking calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, and performing other duties.

Successful candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in multiple facets of Amazon Advertising, including creating initial ad setups, product or category targeting, refining keywords, and optimizing campaigns for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.

- Liaising between CEO and the management team.
- Special Projects Implementation
- Facilitation of Meetings and Events
- Calendar Management
- Email Management
- Drive internal and external communications, presentations, and reports
- Excellent clerical ability
- Other related tasks that may be assigned by the CEO

- Dual Monitor Set-up

- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) EST
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps
- Preferably experienced with online/remote/virtual work.
