Your duties include assisting in the development of software, assisting in the setup of computer software, and organizing and conducting training on how to use the software. As a Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with the Product Management, Engineering, and Client Success team while interacting with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure a successful client launch.
