- Design, develop, and scale back-end systems that serve millions of users
- Power amazing user experiences by building new features and improving existing ones
- Evaluate and refine solutions to deliver a highly performant and exceptionally reliable back-end system
- Become an expert in back-end development and expand your development across the stack and to various platforms
- Collaborate across teams to define how our systems should evolve
- Support code quality, new technologies, and architectural design within the company

- Experience: You have 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on back-end development. You’re an expert in Go, TypeScript, or Python. You have deep expertise in architecting for performance and scale.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
- SF/NY/Seattle: $180,000-$306,000
- Other US geographies: $162,000-$275,000
- Canada: $128,000-$246,000 CAD
- Mexico: $1,928,000-$2,762,000 MXN
- Brazil: R$562,000-R$806,000 BRL
- Argentina: $103,000-$147,000 USD
