This role is responsible for creating high-quality branded marketing assets while owning website performance, Local SEO execution, and digital visibility across all service pillars.

What Youβll Work On
Website Management and Local SEO Execution
- Manage and support WordPress and HubSpot websites including SEO, hosting, and API-related needs
- Develop and increase SEO rankings across all service categories and pillars
- Monitor and improve Local SEO performance for each service and location with the goal of achieving top 3 local rankings
- Build and maintain Local SEO pillar page strategies including:
- Meta keyword strategy and implementation
- On-page keyword optimization including H1 structures
- Service-specific blogs with local meta keywords and embedded CTAs
- Implement schema markup on landing pages as needed
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website bugs to ensure strong user experience
- Stay current on SEO and keyword trends using tools such as Google Trends, SimilarWeb, and related platforms
Primary Goal:
Drive consistent, high-intent organic traffic that converts into new patient demand across all locations and services.
Podcast and Video Editing Support
- Edit full-length podcast episodes including:
- Removal of filler words and unnecessary pauses
- Maintaining engaging pacing and professional flow
- Ensuring consistent audio and visual quality
- Produce at least 10 highlight clips per episode for social media
- Create visually consistent thumbnails for Spotify and YouTube
- Edit single-camera footage to simulate multi-camera presentation through strategic zooms and framing
Goal:
Build trust and brand authority within the local medical and referral community.
Graphic Design and Brand Asset Development
- Design branded marketing materials for internal and external use including:
- Brochures
- Flyers
- Banners
- Social media graphics
- Digital advertisements
- Maintain strong brand consistency across typography, layout, and visual standards
Seasonal Marketing and Brand Awareness Support
- Support development of a yearly seasonal marketing calendar across:
- Physical Therapy
- Training services
- Recovery and wellness services
- Assist with seasonal campaigns, promotions, and awareness initiatives
- Align content and visuals with predictable patient needs throughout the year
What You Bring
- Working knowledge of WordPress and website content management
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals, especially Local SEO and on-page optimization
- Experience with meta keywords, pillar page strategies, and schema markup
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience with AI tools used for SEO, content strategy, or local marketing
- Experience with HubSpot CMS, landing pages, forms, and workflows
- Background working with healthcare, wellness, fitness, or service-based businesses
- Graphic design and video editing experience
