You will produce practical, research-backed content that guides companies through vendor selection, pricing models, scope definition, and long-term fit. Your work will sit at the intersection of editorial quality, SEO performance, and marketplace conversion.

Hiring-Focused Editorial Content
- Research, write, and publish decision-oriented content for companies hiring designers
- Create guides, comparisons, and explainers focused on agency vs freelancer selection
- Cover topics such as pricing models, scopes of work, portfolios, and credentials
- Break down common mistakes companies make when hiring creative partners
Interviews and Expert Insights
- Interview agency owners, freelance designers, and hiring decision-makers
- Translate real-world hiring experience into practical, actionable insights
- Maintain accuracy, balance, and credibility across all published content
SEO and Discoverability
- Optimize content for search visibility without sacrificing clarity or usefulness
- Collaborate with editors and SEO partners on structure, intent, and performance
- Support content distribution and long-term discoverability
Editorial Execution and Consistency
- Deliver high-quality content consistently against agreed timelines
- Work closely with editors to maintain strong structure, clarity, and fact-checking
- Ensure content aligns with marketplace, hiring, and platform goals
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience producing editorial or B2B content related to hiring, agencies, or professional services
- Proven ability to write content that supports business decision-making
- Strong written English with clear structure and a practical, business-focused tone
- Solid editorial judgment with attention to accuracy and detail
- Hands-on experience with SEO-driven content workflows
- Ability to maintain consistent output while working against deadlines
- Practical experience using AI tools to support research and editing
- Availability to work EST-aligned hours
Nice to Have
- Experience writing about design agencies or freelance designers
- CMS experience and basic HTML familiarity
- Background writing for marketplaces, SaaS, or professional services platforms
