What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager, Enterprise Experience to join our Product organization and work closely with the Vice President of Product. This role is responsible for defining and delivering the core enterprise capabilities that enable customers to securely adopt, administer, and scale our platform across teams and environments.
You will own foundational enterprise experiences including role-based access control (RBAC), entitlements and licensing, SSO, user-provisioning, auditability, multi-tenancy, administrative workflows, and self-serve capabilities for customer support and operations. These capabilities span multiple product lines and are critical to both customer trust and commercial success.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and other Product Managers to design, plan, and deliver platform functionality that balances usability, security, and scalability. You will translate complex technical and business requirements into clear product direction, ensuring enterprise features are intuitive for administrators while meeting the needs of regulated and large-scale customers.
You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, and acts as a key liaison between technical teams and customer-facing stakeholders. You will use customer insight, operational feedback, and data to prioritize work and deliver solutions that improve adoption, reduce friction, and enable customers to self-serve with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Product Strategy: Partner with the VP of Product to define and execute the enterprise experience strategy, aligning access, administration, and governance capabilities with customer and business needs.
Product Roadmap: Own the roadmap for enterprise experience capabilities including identity and access management (RBAC, SSO, SCIM), entitlements and licensing, auditability and compliance features, administrative and configuration workflows, self-serve and support enablement tools, enterprise observability and reporting, and data governance controls.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to gather requirements, prioritize work, and deliver enterprise-ready solutions.
Product Lifecycle Management: Lead features from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring solutions scale across customers and product lines.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner closely with engineering and design to build secure, intuitive experiences for enterprise administrators and operators.
Product Performance & Insights: Define and track success metrics such as adoption, usability, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
Sales & Customer Enablement: Support enterprise deals and customer onboarding by ensuring product capabilities meet contractual, security, and operational requirements.
Technical Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of clear technical documentation to support internal teams and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise SaaS features such as access control, administration, governance, or security-adjacent capabilities.
Strong enterprise mindset, with experience building for admins, security, IT, and operations users—not just end users.
Proven ability to ship complex, cross-cutting features from concept to launch across multiple product lines.
Excellent cross-functional leadership, partnering effectively with engineering, design, security, sales, support, and customer success.
Data-driven decision making, with experience defining success metrics and using insights to prioritize and iterate.
Clear, confident communicator, able to translate technical concepts into simple, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
Comfort operating in Agile environments, managing backlogs, tradeoffs, and iterative delivery.
Fluency with modern product tools for roadmapping, analytics, and customer feedback.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
An advanced degree in engineering or business is preferred.

Travel Required:

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
Base salary range: $175,000 - $260,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
