Senior Graphic Designer | Marketing focus

Your day-to-day

• Develop impactful advertising campaigns by analyzing campaign briefs and core challenges, understanding audience, product, and channel context, and ensuring every design decision drives engagement, conversions, and customer trust.
• Collaborate with colleagues and professionals in copywriting, video, and project management to generate innovative ideas that address the brief problem.
• Align design with strategy by partnering with product marketing teams, country managers, and other stakeholders to ensure visual solutions directly support product- and market-specific business goals.
• Design compelling, multi-channel assets (graphics for YouTube ads, Meta banners, blog, and email visuals, and beyond) that are both visually striking and deeply aligned with Hostinger’s evolving brand identity.
• Take ownership of your craft by making confident design decisions while embracing iteration—refining, testing, and improving concepts to maximize creative impact and performance outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative development, explore new design possibilities, and optimize design workflows.
• Mentor and elevate the team by coaching junior and mid-level designers, sharing constructive feedback and guiding principles, processes, and professional mindset—fostering a culture of growth and design excellence.

Your skills and experience

• Portfolio demonstrating proven experience in designing for various marketing campaigns or branding projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Figma.
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance and craft designs.
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to the highest graphic design standards.
• Experience supporting junior and mid-level designers with constructive feedback.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle uncertainty by taking ownership and finding solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Compensation

• Gross salary: 3100-4100 Eur/month  (depending on your skills and experience).
