Job Role: Senior Marketing VA
Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Role Overview: The Senior Marketing VA is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all marketing efforts while providing consistent support, guidance, and assistance to the management team in their roles as brand ambassadors. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing all marketing functions, as well as acting as a key support partner to leadership by ensuring they have the resources and support needed to effectively fulfil their responsibilities and help drive the business toward its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive marketing projects forward: With a bias for action, you will keep marketing projects on track by creating, coordinating and tracking timelines, milestones, and statuses, escalating issues as needed. Able to work across big picture initiatives with the ability to break assignments down into manageable efforts and ensure they can be tracked and delivered on time.
- Day to day, you will be creative and have a flair for design using Powerpoint, Canva and Adobe. You will be a source of creativity and flair for the company brand by helping to create internal and external communications which capture our vision and strategic direction.
- You will manage the firm’s social media accounts, such as Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook (as well the partner’s LinkedIn accounts) and keep our brand growing and you will find new and innovative ways to engage our wider audience through engagement which could be through helping project manage webinars, networking et al.
- You will be the driving force for creating innovative blog posts, campaigns and keep the marketing engine pumping by working with the partners on the topics and themes that we will be pushing out to the market.
- Your marketing activities will help double and then triple our leads and you will track your progress by monitoring our website, social media and google analytics.
- Own all-things- marketing end to end: You will be super-effective in arranging and managing our marketing efforts including defining tasks, taking minutes, driving purpose and agendas, tracking initiatives, and constantly iterating on this efficiency as the firm continues to grow.
- General Administration: You are happy to roll up your sleeves with any marketing task towards the bigger picture, no task is too small if it makes the team around you more effective. You will lead and shine by understanding that the granular nature of administration is the backbone of a thriving organisation.
- You can help run marketing campaigns through LinkedIn Sales Manager and Dripify which allows us to reach a broader and more targeted audience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience of VA, Marketing and Content Writing, Graphic Design, or similar.
- Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with marketing and thinking outside the box whilst managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to uphold high standards of excellence.
- Creative! You will love to create classy, professional, and witty content and collateral that sparks the human emotion within our clients and colleagues.
- Truly self-motivated with a desire to constantly learn, develop and grow in the role.
- You will need to be driven to turn the chaos rapidly to clarity and then communicate it clearly. Truly championing the value of Making Complex Things Simple.
- Someone with a bias for action, constantly striving to get things done.
- Creativity and Communication Skills: You will be collaborating with co-workers and finding inspiration to set up new and targeted marketing strategies, create new collateral experiments with Google ads, Facebook marketing and LinkedIn.
- Attention to Detail: From proof reading our blogs to making sure our photo collages are filtered just right

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
