We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Director of Digital Sales remotely in the US.

As commercial fitness continues to evolve beyond connected hardware, iFIT is expanding its digital ecosystem across health clubs, hospitality, boutique fitness, multifamily, corporate wellness, education, healthcare, and emerging wellness markets. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Digital Sales to lead the commercial growth of iFIT's digital platform, including Tailor, our AI-powered personal trainer, and future digital offerings. This leader will own the commercial digital business, building strategic partnerships, accelerating recurring revenue, enabling the global commercial sales organization, and creating scalable go-to-market programs that extend iFIT far beyond connected equipment.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Own the global commercial digital business strategy and performance for Tailor and future iFIT digital products.
- Lead commercial go-to-market strategy across traditional commercial fitness and expanded vertical markets.
- Lead and develop the Commercial Digital Sales function, including direct management of digital sales representatives.
- Serve as the commercial digital overlay across iFIT's global commercial organization, partnering with Territory Managers, National Accounts, specialty vertical leaders, distributors, and international sales teams.
- Drive digital revenue growth through partnerships, subscription expansion, adoption, and strategic commercial initiatives.
- Establish scalable commercial programs, pricing strategies, sales playbooks, and operating rhythms that accelerate digital growth globally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead commercial expansion of Tailor and future iFIT digital products.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for facilities both with and without integrated iFIT equipment.
- Identify new recurring revenue opportunities, partnerships, and vertical expansion strategies.
- Own commercial digital forecasting, pipeline, and revenue performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Digital Sales team.
- Serve as the commercial digital overlay across the global commercial organization.
- Lead recurring pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, and commercial business reviews focused on digital growth.
- Develop and distribute qualified digital opportunities across regional and specialty sales teams while driving accountability.
- Create sales playbooks, enablement resources, ROI tools, and implementation guides.
- Lead commercial digital initiatives through both direct team leadership and matrix leadership across iFIT's global commercial sales organization.
- Build executive relationships across enterprise fitness, hospitality, wellness, and strategic partner organizations.
- Own complex sales opportunities from prospecting through implementation and expansion.
- Develop strategic partnerships that improve member engagement, retention, and recurring revenue.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to define commercial roadmap, launch strategy, and customer experience.
- Represent the voice of commercial customers to influence future product development.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, partnerships, commercial strategy, or digital fitness technology.
- Demonstrated success leading through influence in matrix organizations.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and commercial forecasting.
- Strong executive communication, partnership development, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading subscription, SaaS, platform, or recurring revenue businesses.
