As our Sales Manager, you'll work directly with clients who are building what's next in Saudi Arabia, engaging with thousands of visionaries and decision makers while creating branded opportunities and experiences that captivate and educate.
What you will do:
Your role, in this high-impact environment, centres on delivering matchless impact and visibility for sponsors and exhibitors, building the strategic relationships that drive the financial services industry forward and positioning your clients at the forefront of innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Support business development efforts and identify new sales opportunities
- Execute sales strategies for both established events and new launches
- Assist with project timelines and deliverables for event launches
- Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and content teams
- Track sales pipeline and work toward achieving targets
- Support team members in their sales activities
- Represent Tahaluf at trade shows and industry events
Measures of Success:
- Number of proposals submitted per week
- Revenue target achievement
- Pipeline pacing and tracking
- Pipeline closure rates
- Number of daily sales calls
- Research and lead generation effectiveness
- Campaign planning and management
- Business development results
What you will bring:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven B2B and/or events sales experience
- Basic project management skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Solid presentation skills and ability to create sales materials
- Confidence in cold calling and business development
- Familiarity with sales targets and pipeline management
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Ability to travel internationally
