Every UX designer is a user advocate. We attempt to see the product through the eyes of the user of that product. We design for the users. Empathy is the key element within the team.

What You Will Do
- Lead a design team, provide effective feedback, and coach them,
- Actively take part in the hiring process,
- Actively contribute to design ops projects to improve the Product Design functions,
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team and lead productive ideation sessions with them,
- Bring your own perspective to the table,
- Understand and be the advocate of the company and product strategies, the product and its customers, and facilitate the delivery of high-quality work,
- Thrive in a global, dynamic, fast-paced, autonomous, and collaborative environment
What You Will Need
- At least 5 years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, and design systems for a SaaS or similar product,
- Preferably have experience in people management/leading a team,
- Know that “showing is better than telling” when it comes to UX,
- Familiarity with design systems, pattern libraries, and Figma,
- Favor consistency, flexibility, and reuse,
- Close familiarity with research, quantitative and qualitative research, as well as Discovery and Usability Testing, and utilizing different research methodologies,
- A curious mind, and everything you do ultimately serves the end-users, bearing them in mind,
- You are a good listener, and empathy is one of your favorite words,
- You are a natural-born problem solver; finding solutions to complex problems motivates and excites you,
- Fluency in English, as the team's primary communication language is English.
