You'll help shape how we show up in culture, deepen community connection, and bring our brand voice and visual storytelling to life in ways that go beyond the transaction. This isn't just a social media role — it's a chance to define what a beloved, culturally relevant household brand looks and sounds like.
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, culturally fluent Social Media Manager who can own the everyday heartbeat of Instacart's social presence. You're the strategic executor and creative engine behind our always-on content — writing briefs, leading platform operations, and ensuring Instacart shows up consistently, creatively, and relevantly between major campaigns. You know what stops a scroll before it trends on your FYP, you're as comfortable ideating content around the next food trend as you are in a spreadsheet, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
About the Team – You will be a key member of the Brand Marketing team at Instacart, reporting to the Head of Social. The Brand Marketing team is responsible for defining and building a beloved brand that fuels growth and builds long-term equity with consumers.

This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here.
