Job Summary
We’re seeking a senior Business Intelligence (BI) Data leader who will be a key technical member of the data science team, responsible for both shipping productiongrade dashboards & semantic models and managing/mentoring junior analysts. This role will expand Power BI as our source of truth, raise BI literacy across the org, and build the bench strength of the analyst team. The role will be responsible for leading 3-4 analysts as well as scaling Power BI governance and self-service. Insurance experience is strongly preferred.

The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience.
