Position Overview
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across JETSET Pilates Franchising. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, marketing campaign analysis, and operational optimization for our growing franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Track departmental KPI’s on a weekly/monthly and quarterly basis
- Support company data dashboard
- Develop and implement data analysis processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes through data-driven insights
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to address specific business questions
- Create financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Marketing Campaigns Analysis:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics
- Analyze customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and lifetime value
- Provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve campaign performance
- Operational Analysis:
- Identify operational inefficiencies through data analysis
- Support franchise performance evaluation with standardized metrics
- Develop operational dashboards to monitor studio performance
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Design and maintain BI dashboards for various stakeholders
- Present complex data in an accessible format for non-technical audiences
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with departments across the organization to understand their data needs
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Communicate insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics
- Recommend and implement improvements to data collection and analysis processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting workflows

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Data Modeling: Experience building and maintaining data models
- Programming: Knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages is preferred
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in franchise, retail, or fitness industries is a plus
Travel & In-Office Requirements
- This is a hybrid role with required on-site presence at HQ at least three days per week.
- Travel is limited and scheduled as needed.
- On-site days and travel will be coordinated with leadership and may vary based on project needs.
- This role is not fully remote and candidates must be based in the Greater Miami metro area
