Accountabilities:
The Full Stack Engineer will contribute to the development of product features while expanding technical expertise across frontend, backend, and AI-assisted software engineering. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and delivering high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in the end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend systems under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Utilize AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency and productivity.
- Translate product requirements into functional implementations while minimizing friction between frontend and backend development.
- Contribute to application design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver user-focused software solutions.
- Observe development workflows and proactively recommend improvements to engineering processes and team collaboration.
- Develop practical experience across multiple technologies while growing into an independently contributing full stack engineer.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and agile development activities.
- Continuously learn emerging technologies, engineering best practices, and AI-assisted development methodologies.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic early-career software engineer with a passion for full stack development, AI technologies, and continuous learning. They should demonstrate strong technical fundamentals, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Hands-on software development experience through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or open-source contributions.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Java or Golang.
- Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience developing end-to-end applications across frontend and backend technologies.
- Basic understanding of database design, backend architecture, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with AI tools by providing clear prompts, requirements, and constraints.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn beyond assigned responsibilities.
- Product-oriented thinking with curiosity about user needs and business objectives.
- Preferred experience with GitHub projects, open-source contributions, startup environments, cross-platform development, or internal tool development.
