This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on managing, growing, and retaining a portfolio of high-value clients.
You will build trusted executive relationships and develop account strategies that drive long-term revenue growth and deeper client engagement.
The role combines consultative selling, account planning, pipeline management, and value-based expansion across complex enterprise organizations.
You will identify opportunities to increase wallet share through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling aligned with each client's business priorities.
Success requires strong commercial judgment, accurate forecasting, and the ability to translate client needs into compelling solutions.
You will work in a remote environment with approximately 25% travel, engaging with senior stakeholders and building lasting partnerships.

Accountabilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, taking responsibility for revenue retention, client satisfaction, and year-over-year growth.
- Develop comprehensive account strategies designed to deepen relationships and expand wallet share across assigned enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business and technology priorities.
- Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align solutions with client objectives and create measurable value.
- Lead consultative and value-based sales conversations throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop account plans and prioritize commercial activities based on client needs, growth potential, and strategic opportunities.
- Manage sales pipelines and accurately forecast revenue using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Monitor account performance, identify risks to retention or growth, and proactively develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are effectively translated into solutions and that commitments are delivered successfully.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, activity tracking, and revenue projections.
- Travel approximately 25% to support client meetings, relationship development, and other business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
- 10+ years of professional sales experience, preferably within enterprise, strategic, or consultative sales environments.
- Demonstrated success managing and growing complex enterprise accounts and significant books of business.
- Proven ability to retain revenue while consistently identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-management skills, with confidence engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience developing strategic account plans and executing long-term growth strategies.
- Strong Salesforce experience, including pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into relevant business solutions.
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and priorities independently.
- Strong business judgment and a demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term client partnerships.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% as required.
- Comfortable working effectively in a fully remote environment outside of required travel.
Benefits:
- Expected total annual compensation of $180,000–$220,000, including base salary and variable compensation, depending on location and experience.
