In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate travel and regional clinic schedules, communicate scheduling updates, oversee court appearance requests, and provide high-quality administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare administration, executive support, or appointment coordination will be highly regarded.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with medical specialists, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• A methodical and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and best practice.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support.
• Paralegal experience highly regarded
