Accountabilities:

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketing professional with strong knowledge of performance marketing, client management, and campaign optimization. They should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities, and using data to drive decisions.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong experience in paid social and paid search.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, conversion rate optimization, and performance measurement.
- Experience understanding how paid social and paid search work together within a broader marketing strategy.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and influence cross-functional partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to identify key business opportunities and implement impactful improvements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients.
- Experience coaching and developing team members with different levels of expertise.
