This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager, Influencer Marketing - English & Mandarin Fluent based in Canada.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and grow client relationships within the gaming and influencer marketing space.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting campaigns, creative initiatives, production, and community strategies.
Working closely with senior account leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.
Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin will be essential when engaging with stakeholders across markets.
You will also contribute to account growth by identifying new opportunities, tracking performance, and supporting upsell initiatives.
The role combines relationship management, campaign coordination, commercial awareness, and a strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem.
It is well suited to a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about influencer marketing and building long-term client partnerships.
Accountabilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, serving as a reliable point of contact for account-related matters.
- Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, creative projects, production initiatives, and community strategy programs.
- Develop trusted relationships with key account stakeholders and understand their business needs, priorities, and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solutions and campaigns are delivered successfully, on time, and to the expected quality standards.
- Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor account performance and support the preparation of quarterly, campaign, and account performance reports.
- Identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts and areas where additional services could generate value.
- Collaborate with Senior Account Managers and Directors on commercial discussions, negotiations, agreements, and closing opportunities.
- Assist with forecasting, tracking key account metrics, and maintaining accurate account status information.
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and contribute to continuous improvements in client service and campaign execution.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
- Proven professional experience in Influencer Marketing, Account Management, or a closely related field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.
- Strong account management and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts or initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- General understanding of the gaming industry and its evolving creator and influencer ecosystem.
- Experience with mobile gaming or influencer marketing campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Enthusiasm, initiative, dedication, and creative thinking, with a willingness to contribute ideas and take ownership of client outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior account leaders, creative teams, production teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
