This role is focused on building strong, long-term client relationships while driving measurable growth for clinics through marketing and performance strategies. You will act as the main strategic partner for clients, ensuring alignment between their business goals and internal execution teams.
You will oversee the full client journey, from onboarding to retention and expansion, ensuring a high-quality and consultative experience at every touchpoint.
The position requires a balance of relationship management, analytical thinking, and marketing understanding to translate data into actionable strategies.
You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, improving performance outcomes, and strengthening client satisfaction and loyalty.

Accountabilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main strategic point of contact and ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
- Lead onboarding, follow-up, and strategic planning meetings to align expectations and define growth objectives.
- Translate client goals into actionable strategies in collaboration with internal marketing and operations teams.
- Monitor performance indicators and present results in a consultative, data-driven manner.
- Identify opportunities for retention, upsell, and cross-sell to expand client value over time.
- Act as the bridge between clients, execution teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Proactively identify risks, manage expectations, and ensure an excellent client experience.
- Maintain organized records of action plans, deliverables, and account progress.
Requirements:
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or strategic client-facing roles in marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday, or Notion.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for performance tracking and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a structured and organized way.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on client success and retention.
