As an AI Agent Implementations Specialist, you will help transform marketing operations by building and deploying intelligent AI agents for real-world marketing workflows.
You will combine AI implementation expertise with hands-on Marketo administration and MarTech operations.
The role offers the opportunity to automate and improve campaign processes across the end-to-end marketing lifecycle.
You will work closely with marketing, web, digital, IT, and field teams to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
You will also manage critical integrations between marketing automation, CRM, CMS, and third-party data platforms.
Your work will directly support campaign efficiency, platform performance, AI adoption, and the evolution of modern marketing operations.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to a technically curious professional who enjoys connecting AI, automation, data, and marketing technology.
Accountabilities:
- Build, configure, implement, and maintain AI agents designed to support marketing use cases and the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
- Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to identify opportunities where AI agents and intelligent automation can improve campaign execution and operational efficiency.
- Administer and configure Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and related platform functionality.
- Monitor Marketo platform health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations and performance.
- Support critical MarTech integrations, including connections between Marketo, CRM systems, CMS platforms, and third-party data sources.
- Design, implement, and maintain API-based integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective technical implementations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting AI agents, Marketo, integrations, and marketing workflows.
- Provide timely technical support to marketing stakeholders and help ensure continuity of campaign operations.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation covering AI agents, Marketo configurations, workflows, integrations, and operational processes.
- Develop enablement and training materials to help marketing teams understand and effectively adopt AI agents and related technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-powered marketing automation capabilities and broader MarTech initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience building, implementing, or deploying AI agents, intelligent automation solutions, or comparable AI-powered systems.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or a similar technology.
- Working knowledge of API integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization.
- Practical understanding of marketing automation platforms and broader MarTech ecosystems.
- Experience connecting marketing platforms with CRM, CMS, data platforms, or other enterprise applications is highly valuable.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to diagnosing technical issues.
- Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing responsive support to marketing teams across different time zones.
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new approaches to marketing automation.
