This role sits at the heart of enterprise AI transformation, helping organizations move from experimentation to fully integrated, AI-driven ways of working. You will design and deliver high-impact enablement experiences that turn complex AI capabilities into practical, role-specific workflows across business functions. Acting as both facilitator and consultant, you will engage directly with senior leadership teams in high-stakes environments. The role blends teaching, advisory presence, and hands-on workshop delivery, requiring exceptional communication and executive-level credibility. You will continuously refine and evolve the enablement curriculum based on real customer engagements, ensuring each interaction strengthens the next. This is a highly dynamic, customer-facing position where learning, teaching, and consulting converge.
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for delivering and evolving a full enterprise enablement curriculum, facilitating learning experiences that help organizations adopt AI in practical, scalable ways. You will lead interactive sessions, executive workshops, and hands-on labs while continuously feeding insights from customer engagements back into the curriculum.
- Deliver structured enablement programs including foundational AI sessions, role-specific tracks (e.g., Legal, Finance, Sales, IT), and advanced skill-building labs.
- Facilitate executive coaching sessions and strategic workshops with senior leadership teams.
- Lead hands-on βbuild with AIβ sessions focused on real workflows and business use cases.
- Support customer teams in identifying, developing, and refining high-impact AI use cases.
- Contribute to train-the-trainer programs and help establish internal AI champions within client organizations.
- Develop and maintain enablement materials, demo libraries, and curriculum assets as they evolve.
- Capture insights from sessions and translate them into improvements for future delivery and playbooks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of technical, advisory, and commercial workstreams.
Requirements:
You bring a strong blend of teaching ability, consulting presence, and communication excellence, with the ability to engage confidently in executive environments. You are equally comfortable facilitating workshops, speaking to leadership teams, and adapting content in real time based on audience needs.
- Proven experience in teaching, facilitation, training, developer relations, consulting, or enablement roles.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, VP-level).
- Excellent public speaking and workshop facilitation skills across small and large audiences.
- Ability to translate complex technical or AI concepts into practical, business-relevant workflows.
- Strong consulting mindset: structured thinking, active listening, and solution-oriented communication.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to read the room and adapt delivery accordingly.
- Familiarity with business software tools (CRM, ERP, BI, productivity suites).
- Hands-on exposure to at least one general-purpose AI tool (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini).
- Curiosity-driven mindset with comfort admitting uncertainty and iterating based on feedback.
