This role sits at the intersection of AI adoption, technology enablement, governance, and data-driven transformation within a healthcare technology environment. You will help operationalize responsible AI standards across development, quality assurance, and business analysis teams. The role combines hands-on enablement with governance, compliance, documentation, and performance measurement. You will guide teams in adopting AI-powered development tools while ensuring their use aligns with privacy, security, and organizational standards. You will also build the metrics and reporting needed to demonstrate adoption, productivity improvements, and return on investment. Accountabilities
- Roll out AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor as standardized solutions across engineering teams.
- Train and onboard development, QA, and business analysis teams on AI-augmented workflows through workshops, office hours, certification programs, and internal knowledge-sharing forums.
- Own and maintain AI best-practice documentation, training materials, knowledge resources, and the internal agent registry.
- Manage the governance process for AI prompt libraries, including quality gates and review requirements before templates are approved for broader use.
- Conduct privacy and compliance reviews of AI tool usage, including HIPAA and PHI considerations, and coordinate with information security teams on data-flow approvals and risk sign-offs.
- Maintain approved AI-tool inventories and risk registers while supporting model-selection and business-associate-agreement verification processes.
- Define and monitor AI adoption and productivity KPIs, including AI velocity, code-generation rates, defect-rate changes, time-to-merge, and sprint productivity.
- Prepare monthly adoption reports and quarterly executive dashboards that communicate AI performance, adoption trends, productivity improvements, and ROI.
- Identify adoption gaps, analyze performance trends, and recommend targeted interventions to improve AI enablement across teams.
- Partner with technical, security, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure AI adoption is practical, measurable, responsible, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical analyst, program enablement, developer experience, technology operations, or similar role.
- Strong data analysis, KPI development, dashboarding, and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent technical writing, documentation, and knowledge-management skills.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training, onboarding programs, change-management initiatives, or technology adoption programs.
- Working knowledge of AI tooling ecosystems, including Claude, Gemini, and AI-powered coding assistants, with the ability to guide and support users.
- Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, or comparable privacy, security, and compliance principles.
- Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Analytical and structured approach to identifying adoption challenges, measuring outcomes, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering, QA, business analysis, security, compliance, and leadership teams.
- Experience working in healthcare or life-sciences technology is preferred.
- Experience supporting or governing AI or developer-tooling rollouts at scale is a plus.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Notion, and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or BigQuery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI and development platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini Enterprise, or Einstein is beneficial.
