Accountabilities:

The AI Motion Graphic Designer will own the creation and evolution of motion experiences across product, marketing, and brand channels. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, and digital content creation, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and scalable creative assets.

• Create high-impact motion graphics for product launches, marketing campaigns, social media, paid advertising, and digital experiences.
• Transform product features, strategies, and concepts into compelling visual stories through animation and motion design.
• Develop animated assets for social platforms, landing pages, paid media campaigns, product demos, and brand initiatives.
• Lead motion design across multiple formats, including short-form videos, ads, animated carousels, micro-interactions, and product showcases.
• Own the motion design direction for product pages and digital experiences, including animated hero sections, scroll-based storytelling, and conversion-focused sequences.
• Turn static product visuals, screenshots, and interfaces into polished motion pieces such as animated mockups, device frames, and interactive-style experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content across customer touchpoints.
• Build and maintain a scalable motion system, including templates, brand assets, animation presets, and reusable creative libraries.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate workflows, experiment with concepts, and expand production capabilities.
• Maintain consistency in motion style, visual identity, and storytelling standards across all brand communications.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic motion designer with strong animation expertise, a passion for emerging technologies, and the ability to connect visual execution with business objectives. They should be comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and using AI tools as part of a modern creative workflow.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design expertise and experience creating engaging visual content.
• Ability to understand the difference between visually appealing animation and motion that effectively communicates and drives results.
• Strong knowledge of animation principles, timing, pacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency with motion and video tools such as After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms to bridge static and motion experiences.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Firefly, Pika, or similar solutions.
• Background in brand design, product marketing, content creation, or digital campaigns is preferred.
• Ability to translate business and product concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams.
• Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output.
