Accountabilities:
- Extract, transform, and analyze large-scale manufacturing, testing, deployment, and operational datasets using advanced SQL and analytical techniques.
- Translate manufacturing, quality, and reliability concepts into measurable KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions for workflow automation, anomaly detection, intelligent data mapping, and operational insights.
- Support the integration of AI and machine learning technologies into manufacturing and product operations processes.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and summaries that communicate complex technical findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, suppliers, and operational stakeholders to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously by tracking progress, identifying risks, and contributing to successful project delivery and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced SQL expertise with strong knowledge of data modeling, database structures, and normalization principles.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and data manipulation using modern analytics libraries.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions that support operational and business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as BigQuery or equivalent data warehouse technologies is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing, quality engineering, test engineering, reliability engineering, or related operational environments is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and master data management concepts is considered a plus.
