In this critical role, you will establish security guardrails and governance frameworks for the deployment of artificial intelligence across the organization. Your expertise will directly influence how our partner securely leverages AI technologies while protecting customer data and ensuring compliance. Working closely with the AI business deployment team, you will develop standards and best practices that enable responsible AI usage and mitigate associated risks. Accountabilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI security architecture including governance frameworks and data protection controls.
- Collaborate with AI business teams to establish security requirements for AI applications.
- Develop and enforce AI usage policies and security guidelines for employees.
- Establish best practices for AI/ML development teams focused on security.
- Conduct AI-specific threat modeling and risk assessments.
- Define data classification and handling requirements for AI systems.
- Evaluate and recommend AI security tools and technologies.
- Partner with compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Create security awareness training programs related to AI risks.
- Develop incident response procedures for AI security events.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in information security with 3+ years in security architecture roles.
- Experience in designing security controls for AI/ML systems.
- Deep understanding of AI security risks such as prompt injection and adversarial attacks.
- Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and data protection regulations.
- Experience with cloud security architectures in environments hosting AI workloads.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Relevant security certifications like CISSP or CCSP are a plus.
