Accountabilities:
The professional will be responsible for managing digital advertising operations, ensuring campaigns are properly configured, monitored, analyzed, and optimized according to client objectives. - Create, configure, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage advertising activities for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and performance expectations are met.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings to collect account access, present results, and align next steps.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, groups, and follow-ups.
- Support the identification of opportunities for campaign improvement and growth strategies.
- Work with dashboards, reports, and marketing data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the team on operational improvements and new challenges as the business grows.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has experience or familiarity with digital advertising platforms and is eager to develop expertise in paid media management. This role requires a proactive, communicative, and results-oriented professional who can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Previous experience working with advertising campaigns or as an Ads Analyst.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and advertising accounts simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and confidence participating in client meetings.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Ability to organize tasks, follow routines, and work with performance goals.
- Basic knowledge of Google Drive, Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
- Interest in building a long-term career in digital marketing and operations.
- Familiarity with GTM, dashboards, local business strategies, lead generation, or the pharmaceutical retail market is a plus.
