Accountabilities:

The CRM Automation Analyst will be responsible for developing and optimizing automated communication strategies focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth.

• Map and analyze customer journeys with a focus on acquisition opportunities and conversion improvements.
• Create, execute, and automate CRM strategies across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and web push.
• Manage and optimize CRM communication flows, ensuring efficiency, personalization, and alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and CRM metrics, using data insights to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Develop multichannel campaigns while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and collaborating with marketing stakeholders.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Build reports and analyses to support decision-making, optimize processes, and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Organize and interpret campaign and journey data to generate actionable insights for the business.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CRM automation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to transform strategy into effective customer communication initiatives.

• Practical experience developing email and WhatsApp marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, operations, and performance metrics focused on customer acquisition.
• Experience with audience segmentation and behavioral analysis.
• Ability to translate analytical and strategic insights into operational improvements and performance gains.
• Experience creating and managing communication journeys, automated flows, and multichannel CRM campaigns.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret campaign and customer journey data.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to CRM and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of copywriting concepts and best practices.
• Understanding of email deliverability, domains, and IP management practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Strong time management, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Interest in B2C markets and customer-focused products.
• Degree or specialization in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related areas.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience with ActiveCampaign or similar CRM platforms.
• Previous experience creating WhatsApp campaigns.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
