This role is focused on creating, managing, and optimizing multichannel content strategies that connect brands with their audiences across major social platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, analyzing performance data, and transforming insights into actionable improvements that drive engagement and business results. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment between creative execution and strategic goals. You will also play an active role in community management, content planning, and performance reporting. Accountabilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp, ensuring consistency in tone, brand identity, and communication strategy.
- Monitor social media channels and online communities, engaging with audiences and identifying opportunities for interaction and growth.
- Produce, interpret, and present performance reports, translating social media metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop long-form content such as newsletters and e-books aligned with broader content and marketing strategies.
- Support the setup and monitoring of paid social media boosts, analyzing basic performance metrics and suggesting optimizations.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting results and contributing with creative and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as design, media, CRM, and project leadership to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong command of the Portuguese language, including grammar and writing skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant networks.
- Ability to create, analyze, and interpret performance reports and content metrics.
- Experience in content planning and editorial calendar development.
- Basic knowledge of social ads and paid content boosting strategies.
- Skills in copywriting, storytelling, and content creation for digital platforms.
- Experience producing long-form content such as newsletters and e-books.
- Basic understanding of community management and online engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of branding, editorial planning, and marketing content strategy.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing fundamentals and basic graphic design principles.
- Experience using or working with generative AI tools for content creation.
