This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, branding, and communication, supporting the creation of high-impact narratives across internal and external channels.
You will be responsible for transforming complex topics—especially around technology, AI, and digital transformation—into clear, engaging, and audience-specific content.
Working in a global, cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with marketing, branding, design, and analytics teams to ensure consistency and excellence in storytelling.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation, editing, and optimization across multiple formats and platforms.
You will also leverage generative AI tools to enhance productivity, improve content quality, and support scalable editorial workflows.

Accountabilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute internal and external communication content aligned with brand strategy and tone of voice.
- Produce high-quality editorial content across formats such as articles, social media posts, executive materials, scripts, and institutional communications.
- Support the development of communication plans, defining key messages, audiences, channels, and success metrics.
- Translate complex topics in technology, AI, and digital transformation into clear and engaging narratives tailored to different audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with branding, content, design, analytics, and global stakeholders to ensure editorial excellence.
- Use generative AI tools to support ideation, drafting, editing, adaptation, and content optimization while maintaining brand consistency.
- Review, edit, and refine content to ensure clarity, quality, accuracy, and alignment with style guidelines.
- Support global communication initiatives, campaigns, and internal engagement actions.
- Contribute to editorial planning, content calendars, and workflow organization.
- Monitor content performance and apply insights related to engagement, SEO/GEO visibility, and business impact.
Requirements:
- Experience in content production, communication, journalism, marketing, or related fields, preferably in global or tech environments.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Portuguese, with advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience in communication planning and message development for internal and external audiences.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools applied to content creation, editing, and optimization.
- Strong ability to simplify complex topics into clear, structured, and audience-oriented narratives.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams across marketing, design, and technology.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.
