This role is part of a highly innovative digital environment focused on delivering personalized, data-driven customer journeys for enterprise clients. As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing multichannel campaigns that enhance engagement and improve customer lifecycle performance across digital ecosystems. You will work with advanced marketing automation platforms to build journeys, segment audiences, and deliver highly targeted communications. The position requires a strong analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize results. You will also play a key role in ensuring data quality, personalization accuracy, and compliance with data protection regulations such as LGPD and GDPR. Working in a remote-first and collaborative setup, you will interact with multidisciplinary teams to support complex marketing operations at scale. This is a strategic role where data, creativity, and technology converge to drive impactful customer experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and chatbot channels.
- Build and manage customer journeys and nurturing flows using Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation using SQL to ensure precise targeting and personalization.
- Implement dynamic personalization in campaigns using tools such as AMPscript or Handlebars.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure responsible data usage and compliance with LGPD, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve CRM strategies and customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data segmentation and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and reporting.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for campaign adjustments.
- Intermediate English for professional communication.
- Nice to have: experience with Adobe Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Nice to have: knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Marketo, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Nice to have: certifications in Adobe or Salesforce platforms.
- Nice to have: experience with CDPs and database concepts.
- Nice to have: familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP) and data integrations.
- Nice to have: experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Nice to have: experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Nice to have: advanced Spanish.
