This role is focused on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will work in a data-driven environment, building end-to-end BI solutions that connect multiple data sources into meaningful dashboards and reports. The position requires strong technical expertise in Power BI, along with the ability to model data, develop advanced metrics, and ensure data quality and governance. You will collaborate closely with business users to translate analytical needs into scalable BI solutions. In addition, you will play a key role in improving reporting automation, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing data storytelling capabilities across the organization. This is a highly impactful role for professionals passionate about turning data into business value.
Accountabilities:
- Extract and integrate data from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
- Develop and maintain data models using Power Query (M) and build advanced calculations using DAX.
- Design and build dynamic, intuitive, and visually compelling dashboards in Power BI.
- Ensure maintenance, automation, and governance of published reports and BI solutions.
- Validate data consistency, accuracy, and overall quality across reporting layers.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective use of BI tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical data solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of BI processes, reporting standards, and analytics delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Power BI development.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language).
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical data and analytics solutions.
- Strong data storytelling and data visualization skills.
- Experience working with data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.
- Microsoft certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure ecosystem tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders.
