Accountabilities:

The Analista de Sistemas PL/SQL - Implantação will be responsible for supporting ERP implementation projects, developing customized solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery and evolution of systems. The role requires strong technical skills, business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

• Participate in software implementation projects, supporting planning, configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Analyze and understand business rules and processes together with clients.
• Document functional and technical requirements, workflows, and system processes.
• Develop solutions, customizations, and database routines using PL/SQL.
• Perform system parameterization, data migration activities, and integration processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, WebServices, and file-based exchanges.
• Create and maintain simple and complex system routines according to business requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing, validation activities, and production implementations with clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
• Provide customer support and participate in on-site client visits when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of ERP solutions and implementation methodologies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technology professional with experience in systems analysis, ERP implementations, and database development. They should have strong analytical skills, customer orientation, and the ability to transform business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience working as a Systems Analyst, Implementation Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role.
• Professional experience with PL/SQL development.
• Knowledge of business rule analysis and process modeling.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects.
• Experience creating functional and technical documentation.
• Experience working with APIs and WebServices.
• Experience with data migration, system integrations, and software customization.
• Availability for occasional travel and in-person client support when required.
• Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with focus on quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis, Software Development, or related areas.
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification.
• PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification.
• Experience developing solutions for public sector organizations.
• Previous experience with projects focused on public administration and government management.
