Accountabilities:

The Senior IT Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of technology solutions while providing efficient support to users and business areas.

• Provide technical support to users through phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues involving systems, applications, databases, hardware, and software.
• Develop and maintain solutions using ADVPL programming language.
• Support and manage demands related to Fiscal and Accounting modules.
• Perform system adjustments, optimizations, and improvements to ensure performance and user satisfaction.
• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities for software and hardware environments.
• Implement new functionalities, fixes, and system updates according to business needs.
• Manage and resolve requests submitted through the support portal.
• Perform adjustments and enhancements in developed systems.
• Contribute to maintaining efficient IT operations and improving internal processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in IT support, ERP environments, and software development, with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage technical challenges effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related areas.
• Previous experience working as an IT Analyst or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Protheus infrastructure.
• Experience with ADVPL programming language.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Fiscal modules within ERP environments.
• Experience troubleshooting systems, applications, databases, hardware, and software.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Jardim Armênia, Mogi das Cruzes/SP.
