This is a hands-on development role focused on building high-quality, scalable, and performant mobile applications in a modern React Native ecosystem. You will contribute directly to the evolution of a critical product module, working with complex integrations, APIs, and advanced mobile architectures. The position requires close collaboration with solution architects and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure robust technical standards and consistent delivery. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and optimization. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on code quality, performance, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities
You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining mobile application features with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Develop and implement features for mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance and code reusability.
- Collaborate with solution architects to define and apply scalable architectural patterns and best practices.
- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs from backend systems (including BFF .NET) ensuring secure and efficient communication.
- Optimize application performance, including startup time, memory usage, bundle size, navigation, and animations.
- Ensure consistent behavior across iOS and Android platforms and multiple device versions.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
- Design, implement, and execute unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application reliability.
- Stay up to date with React Native ecosystem evolution and propose technical improvements and innovations.
Requirements:
We are looking for a mid-level mobile developer with strong experience in React Native and modern frontend/mobile engineering practices.
- Proven experience as a React Native developer.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of React 18 features and React Native New Architecture (Fabric/TurboModules).
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai, React Query, or Context API.
- Strong knowledge of navigation libraries such as React Navigation 6+ and Expo Router.
- Experience with React Native Reanimated and Gesture Handler for complex animations and interactions.
- Knowledge of mobile architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture and Flux.
- Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code, Xcode, and Android Studio.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, EAS Build, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or Appium.
