Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies that support brand initiatives across digital, social, website, and paid media channels.
- Manage content planning, creation, approvals, updates, and publishing processes to ensure consistency and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Create comprehensive creative briefs that translate business goals and brand priorities into actionable content direction.
- Review and provide strategic feedback on creative assets, content deliverables, and campaign materials to maintain brand quality and effectiveness.
- Support branded entertainment initiatives, product integrations, partnership activations, and storytelling programs that strengthen audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, creators, and external partners to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution.
- Identify opportunities across entertainment, music, gaming, sports, and cultural platforms that align with brand objectives and audience interests.
- Monitor content and program performance, leveraging analytics and reporting to optimize future initiatives and communicate insights to leadership.
- Maintain governance processes, workflows, and best practices that support efficient content management and strong brand execution.
- Stay informed on evolving digital marketing trends, entertainment landscapes, and emerging technologies that can enhance content development and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, partnerships, entertainment marketing, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing agencies, vendors, and creative partners across multiple media and content channels.
- Strong understanding of content development, audience engagement strategies, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to develop briefs and communicate recommendations effectively.
- Experience analyzing content performance metrics and using insights to inform strategy and optimization efforts.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting branded entertainment, product placement, creator partnerships, influencer programs, or sponsorship initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive, mobility, technology, consumer lifestyle, or related industries is considered an advantage.
- Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools that enhance content creation, workflow efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.
