UPHE Marketing team is responsible for planning and executing multi-territory marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. These campaigns support the digital sales of films and television series throughout their full life cycle, including Premium, EST, and VOD windows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Senior Marketing Managers in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across Home Entertainment releases
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, supporting purchase order creation and maintaining release schedules
- Coordinate trade marketing requests in collaboration with Account Management and Marketing teams, including briefing, artwork/asset requests, and approval processes
- Manage campaign timelines, trackers, and asset delivery to ensure all activities are executed on schedule
- Support partnership activations, PR initiatives, influencer campaigns, events and screenings
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, trackers, and asset libraries to support efficient campaign execution
This is a 6 months full time contract
Basic Requirements :
- Excellent written/oral communication, coordination skills, and attention to detail.
- Pro-active and enthusiastic
- Strong team player with ability to build and maintain relationships both internally within the organisation and externally
- Excellent organisational and project co-ordinations skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle several priorities
- Ability to handle short deadlines/turnarounds and multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience of working within a dynamic and fast-paced demanding environment
- Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of computer packages, Word, Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, OneNote & Outlook as well as social media administration
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse team
- Flexibility of working hours (interaction with teams in the UK, USA, and Asia)
