Assistente Comercial

Accountabilities:

• Conduct mapping, research, and quotation activities with technology distributors and manufacturers.
• Prepare commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements and business needs.
• Support and follow the commercial process through the preparation and delivery of proposals.
• Assist with prospecting and qualification of potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity reports, commercial information, and performance indicators.
• Create and manage follow-up (FUP) automations within the CRM and other commercial platforms.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to improve sales processes, approaches, and workflows.
• Support day-to-day commercial activities, ensuring information and opportunities are properly organized and tracked.
• Develop familiarity with cybersecurity solutions and technologies to better support the sales process.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability and willingness to learn about technology products, services, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities and follow-ups.
• Interest in developing a career in commercial operations, technology, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Previous experience in commercial support, sales operations, technology, or a related area is advantageous.
