Accountabilities
- Become a key member handling a significant volume of cases within creditor's rights.
- Navigate issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.
- Handle court appearances and potentially travel around the state for hearings.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and contribute to the firm's growth.
- Foster relationships within the industry to enhance firm repute.
Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Virgin Island Bar.
- Newly licensed attorneys and those with 5+ years of litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
- Appellate experience and familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and Bankruptcy Code preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive in developing client relationships and industry presence.
